Do you have any brain gremlins?

Tell me if this sounds familiar...

You have this brilliant idea, you are just about to start it and then a brain gremlin pops up and tells you that you’re a bit rubbish and you don’t know what you are doing.

Or there is one of your friends who, even though you love them, you can’t stop measuring yourself against, and for some reason, you just always seem to fall a little bit short?

Perhaps you have read the anti-capitalist manifestos and bought the pin badges, but you still catch yourself working too hard and basing your value on your productivity.

And you have read the feminist memes and champion your sisters, and yet, still catch yourself being really damn mean in the mirror.

I am going to let you in on a little brain breaking secret:

there is nothing wrong with you.

We were taught this stuff. Which is brilliant news, because that means we can unlearn it.

Using a blend of counselling and coaching techniques to help you unpack your thoughts and connect your politics to your self care.

If you are someone who often finds themselves saying "I know that, but I just don't feel it" or "I would never speak to anyone else the way I speak to myself" - this work is for you.

These are methods which robustly test those thoughts you keep undermining yourself with and map a path to where you want to be.

I know I have tried it. These are the tools which have helped me shift stuff I spent over 20 years in therapy trying to resolve. They have proved to be so solid in their results that I decided to train with my teacher's teacher.

I feel like I have a toolkit for life, and I would love to share that with you.

If you're looking to try and establish some new patterns in your life and see some epic results, you're in the right place.

What would you achieve if you were at peace with your body?

How much more free time would you have?

How much more energy?

I believe that the way we see ourselves changes everything. And that if you are able to look at your body with love and confidence that you create space for more of that in your life.

I have spent the last few years working on photoshoots for people who would never have the confidence to have a photoshoot.

The “when I am a different weight” people, the “I am not feeling good about myself right now" people, the “when I just get through this” people.

I have noticed a recurring theme about people who are hard on themselves: they switch from being so brutal to themselves they would never dream of treating their body with kindness, to thinking they are fine and therefore don’t need that nice thing they had been contemplating after all. There is rarely a middle ground. Rarely space to stop the polarity and stop and just be present - and to give yourself that present.

This is a collection of tools to support you in your journey to make peace with your body, with your schedule and most importantly, with your brain.

This is a collection of courses and coaching for you to be able to resources yourself on your journey.

If there is some stuff in your life you would like a to see a fresh perspective on, this work is for you.

What is Self-Love?

Self-love is the act of showing kindness and respect to yourself. It involves treating yourself with the same compassion and care that you would give to a loved one. It means recognising your own worth and value, and taking steps to improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Self-love is not about being arrogant or putting yourself first at the expense of others. Instead, it is about creating a healthy relationship with yourself that allows you to give and receive love in a more authentic and fulfilling way.

Wanna know the benefits?

Improves Relationships

When you practice self-love, you become more confident and secure in yourself. This allows you to attract healthier and more fulfilling relationships, as well as improve existing ones. By loving and accepting yourself, you set a positive example for others, and they are more likely to treat you with kindness and respect.

Increases Self-Esteem
Self-love helps to boost self-esteem and confidence. When you recognize your own worth and value, you are less likely to compare yourself to others or seek validation from outside sources. This leads to a more positive self-image and greater overall happiness.

Reduces Stress and Anxiety
Self-love can also have a positive impact on your mental health. By taking care of yourself and focusing on your own needs, you are less likely to experience stress and anxiety. This can lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

How to Practice Self-Love
The good news is, anyone can practice self-love. Here are a few simple steps you can take to start showing yourself the love and care that you deserve:

Practice gratitude and mindfulness. Take time each day to focus on the things you are grateful for, and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings in the present moment.

And this is where we learn how.
